Früh Kölsch Beer

Früh Kölsch Beer
Cölner Hofbräu Früh
Cölner Hofbräu Früh is a private brewery for top-fermented beer called Kölsch. The brewery was founded in Cologne in 1904 - the city of Cologne is situated along the Rhine river in Western Germany.
In 1986 twenty-four Cologne breweries came together to guarantee Kölsch strictly remain a beer of Cologne. This association, called the Kölsch Konvention, ensured the name Kölsch could only be used to describe a beer brewed in Cologne.
Früh Kölsch is brewed according to the German Purity Law of 1516.
A very drinkable beer with a fine balance of malt and delicate hops. Pale gold with a lasting head, the dry finish is from using Hallertau and Tettnang hops. The Früh version has a beautiful carbonation that gives us a fluffy white head and a sparkling appearance. Lovely aromas of fruit, lemons, and grains are reflected in its flavour. A solid bitterness, crisp mouthfeel, and semi-dry finish make the Früh Kölsch an incredibly easy drinkk.
