A fantastically complex Staffelter Hof wine...so here we go:
Fairly tart nose, green vegetal and prominent mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, nutty traces, hint of tobacco.
On the palate, ripe, sweetish fruit, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, lively, elegant acidity, floral traces and a hint of dark berries in the background, delicate tannic grip, good substance and persistence, very light oily notes, prominent mineral notes, still young, clear contorus, slightly sweetish finish.
