Beer & Lager

Lager and Ale are both types of beer, the difference being that the yeast used for fermentation of a lager works at a lower, cooler temperature than that of an ale, and sinks to the bottom of the fermentation vessel. Ale yeast works at a higher temperature and rise to the top of the vessel - Lagers are generally "bottom fermented" beers.
